The MahaRERA project data displayed on this platform is sourced from the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) at maharera.maharashtra.gov.in. Urban Dwaar aggregates, organises, and presents this data for buyer convenience.
While we update our database periodically, we cannot guarantee that the data is real-time or error-free. MahaRERA records may contain errors, delays, or omissions at source. Buyers must independently verify all project details — including registration status, possession dates, complaint history, and OC status — directly on the official MahaRERA website before taking any decision.

The Urban Dwaar Developer Score is an independent assessment methodology developed by Urban Dwaar. It evaluates developer groups across five dimensions — Delivery, Compliance, Construction, Scale, and Confidence — based on publicly available MahaRERA data and our research.
This score is our opinion, not a certified rating, a credit rating, or a government endorsement. A high score does not guarantee future performance. A low score does not imply fraud or illegality. Past delivery performance does not guarantee future delivery timelines. Buyers must conduct their own due diligence and should not rely solely on our score in making a purchase decision.
